No a e\u0161te tri kusy mrkvy a trochu oleja.\u00a0Karfiol s brokolicou rozl\u00e1meme na ru\u017ei\u010dky a umyjeme ich. Z kukurice zlejeme \u0161\u0165avu a \u0161ampi\u0148\u00f3ny o\u010dist\u00edme a nakr\u00e1jame na \u0161tvrtiny. Mrkvu tie\u017e o\u0161\u00fapeme a nakr\u00e1jame ju na tenk\u00e9 p\u00e1siky. Cibu\u013eku o\u0161\u00fapeme a nakr\u00e1jame na drobn\u00e9 k\u00faso\u010dky.\u00a0Vezmeme si v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed hrniec, v ktorom rozp\u00e1lime olej. Zakryjeme hrniec a nech\u00e1me aby sa jeho obsah varil asi 15 min\u00fat.\u00a0Vezmeme si m\u00faku, so\u013e a maslo. Z t\u00fdchto surov\u00edn priprav\u00edme svetl\u00fa z\u00e1pra\u017eku. T\u00fa n\u00e1sledne zalejeme mliekom a \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkou. Zmes privedieme do varu a potom ju prid\u00e1me do obsahu hrnca &#8211; teda do polievky. Polievku mie\u0161ame a prid\u00e1vame do nej syr po\u010das mie\u0161ania. Prid\u00e1me aj mrkvu a kukuricu. Polievku u\u017e iba pod\u013ea chuti osol\u00edme a okoren\u00edme.
